I honestly don't even know where to start. After my bike accident, I was completely lost, I didn't know what to expect, what would happen next, nothing. Finding Michael and the team at Bay Area Bicycle Law was a heaven sent.

Michael truly went to bat for me. What really got me was how he talks to you like you're an actual person, not just another case number in a file cabinet somewhere. Michael responded to my inquiry very quickly and gave me legal advice on the phone shortly thereafter. In my particular case it seems best to “wait and see”, and if no action is the best course, then there’s no fee.  I appreciate that he’s here to answer any questions any time, and actually knows how the law applies to bicycle accidents. So thankful for Bay Area Bicycle Law. I got hot by a car in Oakland while i was along the bike lane and sent to the hospital.
