Olivehurst Cyclist Killed in Hit and Run Crash

On Saturday, October 13, 2018, a cyclist in Olivehurst California was hit by two vehicles. Tragically, the cyclist was pronounced dead at Rideout Memorial Hospital.

According to The Sacrmaneto Bee, the cyclist was hit by a car who fled the scene. Shortly thereafter, a second vehicle hit the cyclist who was lying in the road.

California Highway Patrol and Yuba-Sutter Police are seeking your help. If you have any information at all about this crash, call (530) 674-5141 and as for Officer La Pointe. According to the SacBee article, the first car may have been an older dark sedan with an angled spoiler.

Hopefully this driver is brought to justice as soon as possible.
