Bicycle accidents with Big Rigs
Bicycle accidents involving semi trucks or big rigs often result in devastating or fatal injuries. While many truck drivers are very careful drivers that we wouldn’t want to live without, there are times when a trucker’s negligence contributes to or causes these accidents. Litigating claims against truckers, the trucking companies who hire them and their sophisticated insurance carriers is complex. If you or a loved one is ever involved in an accident with a big rig, it is strongly advised that you speak with a personal injury attorney who understands the intricacies of these cases.
